Why I wrote this book

I've been consulting retail and ecommerce business for years and either you are a really big company or an small company, I think that, for different reasons, both types of business end up losing sight and control on what's going on their companies. The big ones, because they are too big and with time they add unnecesary layers of complexity, and for the small ones, they drown in day-to-day task losing visibility of each business area.

In this book I explain the foundational stones of ecommerce metrics, so if you are an startup can adopt proved processes to measure and optimize your business and if you are getting bigger may be you can simiplify and focus on the important.
